A channelling by St. Germain on Love…

Love. Such a funny word and for many it is just that; a word. The world is in an epidemic of identifying with the mind; such a fictitious play of sorrow, of pain. The non-reality plagues the collective consciousness of humans on Earth and there are so few who have disengaged or are disengaging from it.

The mind is cause for all manner of mishaps, unnecessary suffering and misguided steps. To the mind love is a concept, it cannot however experience what it actually is. This goes for much of what life can be. To the mind life is a concept and to live life through the intellect is to miss the full meaning, purpose and experience of life. To experience life it must be felt and where do we feel? The heart dear friends.

If one is to have a full, rich, deep experience of life then it must be through the heart. The heart also holds the power of right creation and to have self love and to be in the flow of love as it is truly felt by the heart, is to be in the flow of the highest expression. The highest expression is God – or call it what you will, there has been enough argument of the semantics of such a word. The childishness of those who argue and those who cringe at such a word only highlights their evolution of spirit. As I have mentioned previously, God is the highest and purest expression of all that is, it is your I AM, it is pure potentiality and a force of love of the highest form for it is love.

To truly understand the concept of God is to feel God and to be able to do that one must live in the heart. The mind cannot know God. But what is love? How can one define it and why do we need it? It is the highest expression of freedom. To not sound cliché – although it will only sound as such to those who live through their mind, love is the essence of all, to deny love is to deny yourself, the very life blood of your being. How do I then you ask, if I cannot live a full life in the cosmic flow of the highest expression through my mind, do I live through my heart?

Now that is the tricky one for the person who does live in their head, they will try to think of all calculations and manner of ways in which they could live in their heart. This my friends is just another trap of the mind. Remember as previously stated, the mind cannot experience love, it can only respond to it. So then how does one expect to understand how to live through the heart if they are using the mind to solve the riddle? I say “Get out of your head.” And then the collective cry of “How?!” echoes through the hall.

Think back to your time as a child, the joy and magnificence of the smallest thing, being completely enthralled and absorbed in the experience. It takes steps, small ones at first if you have trained yourself to be a slave to the trappings of the mind. Breathe now. Really breathe. Don’t rationalise the act, don’t think about how you should be doing the act, or what the exercise is trying to achieve. Do it right now, be completely aware of your breath, if you’re controlling your breath as you become aware of it that is fine. It is not the breath I am concerned with here, it is the act of being present and fully conscious, to feel.

Being immersed in the present without the input of the mind will reveal a truth – a doorway if you will. If you do it often enough you may get glimpses through the doorway. What is through that doorway you ask? It is another way of perceiving, another way of experiencing the world – really experiencing, feeling rather than thinking our way through life, being immersed in the experience of being. How is it we feel? Through our hearts. And how is it we know and experience love rather than intellectualising it? Through our hearts. So there dear friends is your key. Immerse yourself in the present, feel into every moment rather than think into every moment and you will have your doorway to love.

It is however just a doorway and until you have sure footing inside that door, the rest of the manifestation of love will not be made known to you. What I have given you is a beginning, your first steps back to yourself, your true self, your I AM. Simple yes, deceptively simple but nonetheless necessary to your advancement as a race on this planet. Many teachers have spoken of this simple truth through the ages and many of you know the message in the spirit of the mind, how many of you can say that you have truly practised it? Discipline. Discipline is the key if you wish to tame the unruliness of the mind; that which you as a collective have allowed it to become.

I now highlight a second trap in which many fall. The rigid controlling of the mind, rigid discipline, if you are ever to disengage from the mind, to gain mastery over that which you have allowed ultimate control, a spirit of gentleness must be employed. To fight and to move against the flow of things will cause friction and ultimately the demise of that which rose up against the flow. Therefore I say to you to allow the flow of the mind to continue, let it flow as a great torrent at first and then as you sit back and observe the torrent of thoughts without engaging in them, without attaching expression or emotion to them, without letting them rule you, you will watch as that torrent slows to a gentle flow and then a trickle.

A creek with a trickle of water is manageable and useful , for the aim of the game is not to stop thinking, to not have thoughts. The aim is to bring the mind back to a manageable state whereby you are once again in control of your mind, you are the master living in the full expression of love and whereby love guides your thoughts and expressions and not the other way around. For the mind can never guide love and that is where the misery and the suffering of the planet arises.

Yours in Truth,
I AM St. Germain

Fox Robin, or Kerry has had the gift of mediumship since she was a girl. Being able to see and feel spirits from a young age, lead her on a mission to find out more about life, death, the universe and why we are here. At age 14 after spending much of her time in Catholic School, she discovered Paganism. Paganism including Wicca and Shamanism opened her up to a new world of accepting the gifts she had and learning to safely explore the spirit realms, while also deepening her connection to nature and the Earth realms. Spending time in a paranormal investigation group also deepened her understanding of the spirit realms. Her deep connection to nature and affinity for paganism inspired her to join the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids, of which she is currently an Ovate member. Her late 20s and early 30s saw a time of deep reflection, meditation and stripping back. It is her sincere wish to share her connection with spirit and to see individuals flourish, come to themselves and realise the I AM.
